9 PM - 1 AM Hard Times is a great place to hear live music and get some great chili (recently voted best in Frederick by Frederick Magazine readers!). They serve up several kinds - one of which is sure to be to your liking (they even offer vegan chili!). You can even play some pool while you are there.
