Hard Times is a great place to have some of the area's best chili (recently voted "Best Chili" by Frederick Magazine!!!), play some pool and listen to some tunes in a casual environment. There's even room to dance.
The folks there are very friendly, and we usually have at least 1 pool table going with casual games (beginners welcome!), so join us!
